The World Cup of Visual Pleasure!

Nice opening game with 6 goals! And Germany’s last goal was a blast! Seems like an exciting World Cup. More importantly, I’m happy that I can finally watch some football* games in US! We have basic cable and I can rarely watch good football matches on TV here (sometimes a Spanish channel shows football, but it’s hard to follow up). Fortunately, basic cable channels show all the world cup matches (ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC).

I have uploaded the World Cup schedule, including TV channels that show it in US, here.

* I never get used to the word “soccer” for what I’ve always called football! In Iran people call the game called football in US as “American Football,” so, I’ll use the same words I’m used to.

P.S. I just found out that Fernando Morientes, the handsome Spanish player, is not in this world cup. What a pity! Last world cup was such a pleasure to watch due to all its handsome players. I hope this year there will be more of them! After all football is about visual pleasure!!

Where is that girl that promis me come back soon? come on girl. i work ful time and have physics and philosophy for summer too. five hourse classes every day after eight hours working. You know how many people love you in this ugly world? My plan is still for miami this summer and you make me come to your house , knock the door and beg you to write again. that's the thing you want?

L.S. Leva joonam, it's a 6-hour drive from Miami to here, but if you come, I'll get so excited that I'll do anything you say! Just kidding (I know how expensive the gas will be)! I really want to see you. I wish I knew you before spring break because we drove through Sacramento and on our way beck we had 3/4 extra hours. But in case you wanted to see north Florida, just let me know and I'll arrange a nice tour for you :) About khorshidkhanoom, I don't know why I really don't want to write any more. I even hate opening that page, because it reminds me of all the B.S. that happened. I just want to forget what has happened, more importantly, I want to forget what some specific people have done. I haven't got over it and it seems I never will. Sorry :(

Thanks for uploading the World Cup schedule! :) I will watch a few of the games, even though I am not a big fan of "football" (maybe someday I will have the pleasure of watching The Crimson Tide crush the Gaters in a soccer match! ;) ).

I heard from a friend in Iran that the Italian team has a lot of handsome players. She thinks they are very hot! :)
